Description and Responsibilities
Meta is a Sci-Fi fast-paced FPS project that was awarded an Epic Games MegaGrant in 2021. During the award-winning demo phase, I managed a multidisciplinary team of 4 developers. Currently, I continue its development as a solo side project.
Technical Optimization: Achieved high-performance mass combat scenarios with hundreds of concurrent enemies by utilizing Mass Entity and Vertex Animation Tools (VAT). Conducted advanced profiling and analysis via Unreal Insights to ensure stability.
Leadership & Management: Led the team during the prototype phase, coordinating the workflow that secured the grant.
Full-Stack Development: Personally responsible for gameplay programming, game systems, AI logic, level & environment design, alongside UI/UX, menu systems, and SFX - VFX implementation.
