A Way to be Dead is an asymmetrical multiplayer horror game released on Steam in 2021. As the Lead Developer and Designer of a small team, I gained significant experience in:
Multiplayer Development: Specializing in multiplayer client-side development, networking logic, and replication.
Team Management: Experience in leading a multi-person team and coordinating the development workflow.
Core Programming: Executing gameplay programming, AI logic, and technical design.
Creative Design: Handling level design, environment design, and UI/UX development to create an immersive atmosphere.
